Delivery & Returns
All orders get free first class Royal Mail shipping, generally this will be next working day, However, occasionally during busy seasons there may be a delay by a day or two.
Single item's such as our waist trainers will fit through almost all standard letter boxes so you don't need to be at home to receive the parcel.
If you have order multiples or a bundle it may be shipped via a Parcel Force or DPD. These are next working day delivery, however, will require someone to accept the delivery.
If you are not at home when your parcel arrives then they will take it back to the depot and try to deliver it the next working day.
Delivery Cut Off Time
All orders made before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped out that day for next working day delivery. Meaning if you place an order at 3:30pm on Friday, your order will be processed on the following next working day. Normally Monday (Unless its a bank holiday) and you should get your order on the Tuesday.
Delivery Outside Of The UK
All items can be shipped to anywhere in the world that Royal Mail are able to deliver to. There is no extra charge for delivery to other country, however there is a major delivery delay.
To deliver to Europe, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
To the rest of the world please allow between 5-10 working day.
All delivery lead times are subject to delays during busy seasons.
Bank Holiday's and Weekends
No ordered will be processed during UK standard bank holidays or weekends. Any orders placed over these time periods will be processed next working day.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your item or would like to exchange it for a different size or even another item, then you have 30 days to do so. Unfortunately because we class our items as under garments they must still be in the original wrap unopened.
If your item is faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We must receive your email within a 30 day period from date of purchase. When the items arrive back in our office, it will undergo a visual inspection and if the item is found to be faulty we will refund your shipping costs up to £1.50.
We suggest using Royal Mail large letter first class which cost's £1.06 (Current price at June 2019)
If you have unfortunately ordered either the wrong item or the wrong size we will happily exchange your order for the right item or size. However, because these items are classed as under garment we are unable to accept any items that have been taken out from their plastic packaging.
If you wish to exchange your item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange your item for. If there is a price increase, you will need to make the additional payment before the new item is sent to you.
We will only exchange items within 30 days from date of purchase and we will not cover any delivery costs for exchanges.
If you just want to return your item for a refund, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accepted items for a refund if they have been removed from their plastic packaging as these are under garments.
We also do not cover delivery costs for returns.
