When choosing your first waist trainer we highly recommend going for your current size, if you are between sizes, If you plan to be in the next size lower within a short time period get the size below.
However, if you are between sizes but do not plan to be in the next size below soon our suggestion is to get your current size.

If you order for My Waist Trainer, your parcel should fit through a large letter box so you wont have to be at home to receive it. Ours are sent via next working day delivery with royal mail so we hope it will turn up in your early (Not so early any more) mail.
When you first get your trainer, it will be super stretchy so you'll only want to hook it on the largest 'setting'. This is the closest hook row when you wrap it around, you do this so that the trainer is at its longest. This will help determine if you will need it tighter but also let your body adjust to the trainer.
We recommend using it like this for the first week to help your body adjust, and help build your shape. We would also urge you to only use your trainer for a few hours for the first week.
Using Your Waist Trainer More and More
Once you have used your trainer for over a week and you are confident that your body can handle the next row, try using the trainer on a tighter hook set for a few hours. After, if you still feel you need it tighter then go to the last hook row which will take the your waist trainer to its tightest.
Wearing your trainer to tight may cause the elastic cloth to rip from middle, or around the bond steel structure, as soon as you notice this you will have to use a looser row.
Again, we urge you to only wear it for a few hours after moving up a hook row to ensure you do not cause your body any harm.
These trainers are to assist you with lots of different benefits, however, they will not cure it on its own. To help with weight loss you could wear it to suppress hunger, wearing it during meals will help with overeating.
If you want to help with fitness you could wear a trainer during any high cardio activity. This could be from going to the gym, to going on a run or even tiding the house.
However, our biggest tip over waist trainers are:-
- Drink plenty of water, at least 1.5-2L a day.
- Exercise 3-4 times a week.
- Get 7-9 hours sleep each night.
How to put on your trainer
Start by grabbing both ends of the trainer around your back, then whilst pulling the trainer tight and hooking the most top hook, then whilst still holding the trainer so there is no pressure on the top hook move to the bottom and hook that one.
The top and bottom hook should be on the first top and bottom eyes on the other side and you must still have a grip on your trainer so that the hooks are not tight yet.
Still while holding the trainer so that there is little pressure on the 2 hooks, hook a hook in the middle. Once you have 3 hooks secured you should be able to release your grip and start hooking the rest of the hooks.
as common sense would warn you, if at any point your abdominal area or anywhere else starts to hurt or does not feel like you normal do, please remove the trainer immediately and leave off for a few days. If any problems continue or get worse or if you feel that something is wrong, please consult your doctor ASAP.
